This is the first time I ordered a travel backpack for 10 days international travel in Europe.

Tortuga recently released its Outbreaker Laptop Backpack, it’s their play on the ‘personal item’ and aims to straddle the line between travel and EDC. The Outbreaker is available in two different sizes; 35 liters, and 45 liters. It is one of the most comfortable packs in the review but did not score as highly in the other rating metrics.
